About
Wellnest — one calm place for your day
Wellnest gathers the small things that shape a day in a single, quiet space. You keep a simple to-do list, plan your month in a calendar that understands events spanning several days, and set daily goals such as water, movement or sleep. Alongside that live the softer parts: short morning, daytime and evening self-care routines, a mood and energy check-in with a monthly trend, a symptom log for the days that feel off, and a notes area for the thoughts worth keeping. For those who want it, there is also a gentle cycle tracker that shows phases and history.
It is made for anyone who wants to look after their everyday health without a dozen apps — people balancing work, routines and energy, and especially those who appreciate a calmer, more personal alternative to crowded wellness dashboards. Nothing is scored, ranked or shared: there are no leaderboards, no feeds and no notifications designed to pull you back.
Everything you write belongs to you. Your entries are tied to your account and cannot be read by anyone else, including whoever built the app, and you can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Wellnest is designed, built and maintained by an independent developer rather than a large company — which is also why the app stays deliberately small, quiet and free of tracking beyond what keeps it running.
